The antique 1870 Loving Cup Trophy 1870 is beautifully engraved, front and back. The front has the Eton College Coat of Arms with a scrolling banner below. The banner reads “Esto Perpetua”. All the lettering is highly decorated with elaborate scroll and flourishes.
The engraving on the reverse has a large British cannon at the top. I’m not sure what this means, but it is cool. Then below this are the winners initials in a elaborate Gothic font. With its marvelous engraving, this is quite a handsome trophy.
